Key Responsibilities

• Guide, mentor, and develop team members to achieve performance goals and grow professionally
• Oversee daily branch operations while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
• Maintain high service standards and support the team in exceeding member expectations
• Manage cash operations, including vault and ATM processes, with accuracy and accountability
• Identify ways to improve efficiency and streamline workflows
• Address complex member concerns with professionalism and care
• Implement strategies to boost member satisfaction, engagement, and retention
• Drive results in member growth, product usage, and cross-selling initiatives
• Conduct audits and reviews to ensure compliance, security, and operational integrity
• Safeguard confidential information and uphold strict security practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 4 years in financial services or customer-facing roles, including at least 1 year in leadership
• Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
• Demonstrated ability to meet goals and deliver results
• Knowledge of credit union products, services, and branch operations
