My home office is located 10 minutes north of Cedarburg off Hwy NN.
I work with late-identified autistic and AuDHD women who are tired of living in overdrive. If you're reading this, you most likely have spent years masking, over-functioning, reading the room, pushing through overwhelm, and second-guessing yourself in relationships, work, and daily life. You may be stuck in a cycle of autistic burnout, anxiety, and feel disconnected from your authenticity and self-trust. You might be trying to figure out what is autism, what is trauma, and what is simply the cost of surviving this way. I help women untangle those layers and build a more honest, self-trusting life.
I offer therapy for late-identified autistic and AuDHD women who want more than coping and executive functioning skills. My work is relational, depth-oriented, and trauma-informed, integrating NARM, polyvagal theory, and psychodynamic depth therapy to address masking, burnout, self-doubt, and relational pain at the root.
You may be used to being capable while privately carrying a heavy weight. If you’re exhausted from trying harder and blaming yourself, therapy can be a place to stop performing and begin relating to yourself differently. When I finally realized I was autistic, the puzzle started to make sense. At 46, I love and trust myself more than I ever have.
